Dreamworld operator had 'impossible' responsibilities to manage fatal ride

A senior ride operator at Dreamworld tells an inquest into the deaths of four people at the Gold Coast theme park it was “impossible” to manage all of the responsibilities required of him while loading a new raft, with 36 checks required in less than a minute.
